Divulgamente is an intergenerational awareness project framed within the 'Red Paraugas Alzheimer' Program, carried out by the Barrié Foundation in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Federation of Galicia since 2013.

RED PARAGUAS ALZHÉIMER INTERGENERACIONAL (CROSS-GENERATIONAL AZHEIMER UMBRELLA NETWORK) PROGRAM
This program, aimed at Bachiller (bachelor’s degree) and FP (professional development) students of the socio-sanitary field, has the purpose of showing what is dementia in a dynamic way, how it affects the brain and different types of dementia, explaining what this disease’s reality is like to young people through three main activities:
- Lecture given by Doctor Carlos Spuch
- Awareness talk in the classroom given by Alzheimer’s specialized staff
- Neurodegenerative dementia care center visit
