Strategic Plan and AOP
In 2018, Federación Alzhéimer Galicia implemented its 2019-2020 Strategic Plan thanks to Fundación Botín’s funding. This Plan is the result of a reflection process and a participation process of both technical and management staff from all federated associations.
Thanks to this Plan, we updated and settled the vision, mission, values and goals of the entity and the way they will be achieved, defining three change projects for the next period with the strategic intention of reaching a different future position:
- Change project 1# Enhancement of the Assistance Public Network management.
- Change project 2# Establishment of the union in the region and integration of services or entities.
- Change project 3# Updating the decision-making process for the technical office's management and structure, dimension and purpose.
Some strategic plans were defined for every change project as well as indicators, actions, deadlines and people in charge in order to guarantee activity areas reach their future positions considering the present strategic reflection.
